Research and Development Engineer
Faith Holowczak is a Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in design, mechatronics, and advanced manufacturing, currently contributing to innovative energy and device development at City Labs. She has developed hands-on expertise through both academic and applied engineering work, with a focus on precision systems, prototyping, and performance optimization.
Her experience spans mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing processes including CNC machining and additive manufacturing. Faith has worked on projects ranging from high-precision components and vacuum systems to the development of functional, cost-effective mechanical solutions such as prosthetic mechanisms and structural systems.
At City Labs, she supports the development and integration of tritium-based betavoltaic technologies, contributing to mechanical design, system integration, testing, and iterative prototyping. In addition to her technical work, she plays a role in project coordination, design refinement, and ensuring manufacturability across components and assemblies.
