Gerald Duty, JD PL

Gerald Duty, Esq., serves as Co-Founder and Legal Advisor for City Labs. He has been in private legal practice for more than 25 years, with a focus primarily on international business transactions. His practice involves negotiating and structuring cross-border and domestic business deals, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, distribution, and contractual matters across various industries, including technology, banking, and international trade and investment. He graduated from the University of Miami with degrees in law, international studies, and political science.
